very deep tissue massage to more gentle and subtle techniques, depending on
patient needs and preferences.

An avid athlete, Graeme skateboards and snowboards at a high level, runs,
and has been practicing yoga regularly since a teenager. Throughout this he
has learned the benefits of massage for rehabilitation and injury prevention
and has great love and respect for hands-on therapy.

Recently, he has begun to adding guided meditation and relaxation techniques
to his practice to aid his patients reach deeper levels of relaxation and
revitalization while on the table. A great addition for anyone experiencing
high levels of stress, or who simply want to walk away on cloud nine after
their massage!
