Lyrica has always been fascinated by the inner workings of the human body. During her training at the West Coast Collage of Massage Therapy in Victoria BC, she loved studying the complexities of how we function.

She believes that the body has the means to heal itself, and that by using massage therapy she can help to speed and guide that healing process.  She encourages people to take an active role in their healing process by educating her patients about their injuries as well as suggesting a homecare regiment of activities and exercises that they can do themselves.  By empowering her patients with the knowledge they need to heal, Lyrica has found that they are able to get faster, longer lasting results.
