Laura Bechard-Evans

Laura’s career as a massage therapist has been the ideal career change for her active body and compassionate spirit. She graduated with Honours from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.

Her background has focused on mental health research and disability, having completed a master’s in psychiatric research.

This experience coupled with her passion for movement (yoga, mountain biking, skiing, dancing) has led her to appreciate the importance of the mind-body integration for optimal well being. She is attuned to her clients’ body and needs to provide a safe space where people can fully relax and heal.

Laura is originally from Montreal and speaks fluent French. When she is not physically active in the mountains, she enjoys cooking, reading, travelling and dreaming of having a dog.
