Sophie Cascade

Born and raised in Reunion Island, Sophie moved to Canada in 2013, and settled in Vancouver, making it her new home. Sophie is a certified practitioner in all levels (LI, LII, LIII) in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) from Dr. Vodder’s Academy. Her approach to MLD combines an array of different techniques, as well as a deep understanding of the physiological aspects of edema treatment.

Sophie’s other areas of practice integrate techniques such as Swedish techniques, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point release.

Outside of the clinic and her studies at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, you can find Sophie enjoying all the activities that BC has to offer, ranging from yoga, gravel cycling and cross-country skiing.
