Gift Certificates
You simply buy them in any denominations or the amount of a particular treatment. They can be redeemed at your convenience.
If your treatment cost is less than the gift certificate amount, we will keep the remaining amount on your account so you can use it towards your next treatment.

Medical Coverage
Massage therapy is highly accessible in B.C. This is due to its representation in every health region, its recognition by other health care professions, and its coverage under MSP, ICBC, DVA, RCMP and WCB.
RMTs are primary contact providers, therefore patients no longer require a physician’s referral for MSP coverage. With concern over government changes in health care, there is some misunderstanding about coverage for massage therapy. Most patients are still covered under some type of insurance, it is simply the type & amount of coverage that has changed for some individuals.
Extended Medical
Most extended medical plans will cover 75-100% of the treatment fees. The patient should check with their insurer to confirm details. Everest Therapeutics offers direct billing, for more information click here.
No Medical Coverage
For patients with no government or extended medical, some insurance companies are now offering private policies. The MTABC can help provide information for any patients wishing to consider the option of purchasing private coverage.
ICBC / WCB
Clinical record requests: $150/request
Statement of account requests: $50/request

If you have an ICBC claim, we can bill ICBC directly; however, all claims must first be approved through reception services before being booked. Please call our receptionists at 604-633-9593 for more information.
If you have a WCB claim, please note that we do not bill WCB directly at this time. Please discuss coverage with your adjuster as it can vary greatly. Check to see if they reimburse for appointments or if they need to be billed directly.
Please Note:
- Initial appointments are $134.00 + GST. Subsequent appointment prices can vary depending on the therapist. We attract and retain extremely highly qualified practitioners and we encourage diversity because we find it produces the most value to the client. Please read the therapist bios if you would like to learn more about their specialties, background and training.
- 24 hours notice is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Full payment is collected if it is within this time.
