Arden Tempest-Wadden

Arden graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in 2021. Her passion for sports and wellness have guided her to her current practice. As a multi-sport athlete (currently playing rugby, crossfit, and soccer), Arden has a solid understanding of the impact in which strenuous activity can have on the body. Through these pursuits, Arden has identified the importance of self-care through massage therapy. This practice can play a significant role in allowing many individuals to function pain-free. Arden’s main priority is delivering patient-centered care and creating an inclusive, safe environment for all that visit her treatment room.

Arden is excited to grow her knowledge and practice as a registered massage therapist. Outside of work, you’ll find Arden coaching rugby, taping up athletes, in the gym, or on the sports field.
