Valeria Sapio

Originally from Italy, Valeria moved to Vancouver and became a Registered Massage Therapist. During her years of practice, she has worked with a variety of individuals, from seniors to athletes. This allowed her to gain a better knowledge of the human body and the relationship between mental and physical health. 

 

Valeria believes implementing remedial exercises to the treatment plan can speed up the healing process and allow her patients to gain the tools to maintain and increase the progress achieved during treatments.

 

Using an evidence-based approach and her knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, she is able to create personalized treatment plans for each of her patients. Her favourite modalities are myofascial release, trigger point release, and Swedish massage.
